All content on this site — text, layout, photographs, images, recordings and related material — is the property of the Accademia de’ Dissonanti or its contributing artists and photographers, and is protected by copyright. Photographers and other rights holders are credited where applicable and retain their rights.

Permitted use

You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or publicly perform any content without prior written permission from the rights holder, except where the law expressly allows.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make reasonable efforts to keep information (including concert dates and programmes) accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete, error-free or uninterrupted. Details may change; please confirm important information before relying on it.

Tickets and refunds

Tickets are sold through this site, with secure payment processed by Stripe. Refunds are available on request up to 48 hours before the concert. Within 48 hours of the event, tickets are non-refundable, but they remain transferable — you may give or transfer your ticket to another person, who may attend in your place. If a concert is cancelled or rescheduled by the Accademia de’ Dissonanti, ticket holders will be offered a refund or an alternative. To request a refund or ask about a ticket, write to accademiadissonanti@gmail.com.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Accademia de’ Dissonanti shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
